Bianca Rose: Igniting Passion & Empowering Style

I met Bianca on the first day of my Certificate of Editorial Styling at the Australian Style Institute back in June, the first thing I noticed was her stunning Clueless-esqe matching set and edgy knee-high boots but what truly stood out to me was her energy and openness.

From a student perspective, you have moments, especially in an educational setting, where teachers, lecturers, or tutors do not exude enthusiasm, and you can feel it. However, this was never something we experienced with Bianca at the front of our class. She was excited, passionate, and truly happy to be there, teaching us her ways and sharing invaluable insights about the fashion industry.

Bianca’s genuine enthusiasm for her craft was palpable, and it created a positive and inspiring learning environment for me and my fellow peers. As she guided us through the world of editorial styling, her passion for fashion and styling shone brightly! It was evident that her dedication to her profession extended beyond her success; she genuinely wanted to nurture and empower the next generation of stylists.

Bianca Rose’s journey into the world of fashion styling was not a coincidence at all but a result of growing up around fashion and realising the impact it can have on people’s self-confidence.

From the outset, she set the foundation of her brand on honesty, fun, and trust, and she takes great pride in living her dream as a stylist! Bianca shared that she had always been involved in fashion, her first experience in the industry being a retail job at a jean store called Westco. The experience of working in the fashion industry ignited her passion for styling, but it wasn’t until she became a mother and found herself working in a job she did not love that she needed to pursue her dream in some capacity.

“Having to work for the rest of your life, you have to love it right?” she questions. This realisation led her to take a styling course, initially considering it as a hobby to ease the pressure. However, Bianca’s hard work and dedication soon turned into a career she is incredibly proud of.

As a dedicated mother, it is clear to see she is a firm advocate for pursuing one’s dreams and cherishing every moment along the way. It is easy to see with a glance at her Instagram or through a chat with her just how much she loves her son and is committed to creating a beautiful life for him.

During my time with Bianca, she openly shared her journey, the challenges she had faced, and the triumphs she celebrated along the way. Through the good, the bad, and the ugly she was honest and held up such a high standard of integrity that it was impossible to not feel inspired around her. “Being able to go to work every day and dress people in beautiful outfits, create cool concepts, and help people bring their visions to life, it never gets old!” she shared with infectious enthusiasm.

Now, having the privilege to witness Bianca’s story unfold in the world of fashion styling, I can attest that her dedication to her craft and her warm approach to teaching have undoubtedly contributed to her continued success. As her brand evolves and she explores new and exciting directions, I am confident that she will leave an indelible mark on the fashion industry.
