Margaret Court Arena was more vibrant than ever last night as the Maisie Peter’s Good Witch Tour Came to Australia. Fans were radiating their infectious joy and energy throughout the room as all demographics came together to celebrate Peter’s biggest show to date.

We were treated with two of Maisie’s dear friends as openers too. Melbourne born and bred, favourite pop-girly Gretta Ray began the evening with iconic pop hits including ‘Don’t Date The Teenager’ and ‘Upgraded’.

Then fans got to see British icon Dylan rock on the stage. You may know Dylan for her viral TikTok hits “You’re Not Harry Styles’ and ‘No Romeo’ that circled our algorithms during the pandemic. It was a full-circle moment seeing Dylan perform for the first time in Australia on the Good Witch tour.  There is no doubt that Dylan has got incredible stage presence, along with powerful vocals and mesmerising mosaic guitars, Dylan has made an impeccable first impression on the live music scene in Australia.

Maisie’s set was better than anyone could have imagined. The Polly-pocket sized, blonde pop girly with bangs proved her talent over and over again across the set. The clear vocals, infectious energy and song-writing that resonated with anyone and everyone in the room.

It was an evening filled with surprises. We got taken on a journey through absolute bangers, to sad-girl ballads, all the way through to stripped back acoustic covers of ‘Stick Season’ by Noah Kahan.

The highlight/s of the evening was the surprise appearance of Peach PRC which Maisie joined to sing ‘Josh’ and then later sang ‘History Of Man’ with Gretta and Dylan too.

From her first solo gig at the Corner Hotel all the way to a sold out Margaret Court Arena within a year, Maisie’s career is only going up from here and will be given a warm welcome upon her next trip to Australia.
