English singer-songwriter Sam Fender touched down in Melbourne for two sold out nights at Sidney Myer Music bowl, in honour of his third studio album ‘People Watching’.  The 2025 Mercy Prize winner's last trip to Australia was back in 2023 for an exclusive Perth show, but this time round travelling the country for the last leg of his ‘People Watching Tour’.  

On Saturday night, the Sidney Myer Music Bowl transformed into a vibrant scene, as Empire of the Sun brought their iconic style and energy to the stage for the second stop of their Ask That God tour. With a lineup of incredible openers and a headlining performance that left the crowd buzzing, the night was full of electronic music and theatrical flair.

It’s been one of the most talked about gigs since the announcement, with fans frantically panicking over tickets and sharing their love for the singer/songwriter you knew this guy had to be good.

Rain, hail or shine, thousands of long-awaited fans had gathered at the Sidney Myer Bowl with shawls and a drink or two in their hands for Irish singer-songwriter - Dermot Kennedy. In the endless puddles along the tracks of the Botanic Gardens, people of all ages knew that they were in for a powerhouse of a performance and that no matter how close or far they were to this singing legend, not a single song was worth being missed.
